1. Copyright is reserved by Africa Project Access. The contents of the Africa Project Newsletter may not be reproduced other than for internal use without the permission of either of the two aforementioned parties.
2. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the Africa Project Newsletter, the aforementioned shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, brought about by errors or omissions contained in the Africa Project Newsletter
3. Subscription will commence for one full calendar year from the date of receipt of the relevant form as well as full payment. Subscribers will receive 12 editions on a monthly basis except in the event of force majeur.
